Exploring the exciting potential at the intersection of vertical development and coaching supervision
As coaching evolves, so does the need to provide coaches with meaningful, impactful, ongoing development. Supervision is a powerful vehicle for that. If you are a coach or coach supervisor, join us to unpack what we believe to be a possible new frontier in how coaches can be supported to grow: vertically developmental supervision. Adult development theories and practices and coaching supervision have functioned as quite separate fields up until now. As vertical development finds more and more applications in coaching, we believe it is only natural that supervision follows. This webinar aims to open an inquiry as to what that might mean for coaches and coaching supervisors.
